Leadership is about integrity, self-awareness, creating a vision for positive change and making a difference. And, since 2014, the TU Professional Leadership Program for Women has created opportunities for women leaders from across Greater Baltimore to realize their leadership potential while building a network of peers who support one another long after the program has ended. The Women’s Leadership Collective at TU provides leadership skills and experience to women throughout their academic and professional lives — while creating a collective of women supporting women. The Collective creates distinct cohorts of TU undergraduate and graduate students and high school girls.
