TU Communication & Culture: Storytelling as Advocacy in Ireland
Study abroad in Ireland and Northern Ireland with Towson University in January! Learn about the power of storytelling as a persuasive communication tool for advocating change, engaging differences, and leading with purpose. One of the earliest forms of communication, storytelling is an intrinsic part of Irish culture and heritage and characterizes the unique way the Irish approach life's hardships - a bright spot in hard times. Rich and vivid tales of Celtic warriors and legendary battles, along with folk tales detailing the lives of ordinary people, were passed on orally for centuries.
The application deadline is October 15 for this Minimester 2025 Study Abroad Program. For more information, contact Dr. Audra McMullen (amcmullen AT_TOWSON) or visit the TU Study Abroad website.
Want to get away for longer? Try a full summer or semester in Italy!
