Internship Employer Expectations
The Career Center at Towson University and the academic departments expect employers to provide career-related and significant, professional work experiences that sufficiently challenge college students and complement their skills, academic experience and learning goals. A staff member who has expertise in the field of the internship and wants to support the professional development of others should supervise/mentor the student.
