We strongly encourage transfer students to explore alternate housing options while maintaining their place on our Spring 2025 or Fall 2025 Housing Request Waitlist (information regarding both semesters can be found later on this webpage).
You can also view off-campus housing options on the search.
The housing process is closed for Fall as we are at capacity.
The Spring Housing Request form will open on November 8, 2024 at 9:00am EST. Spring housing is on a first come, first serve basis based on the amount of availability we will have. If you are on the Fall waitlist and you are interested in Spring housing, you will need to complete a Spring Housing Request form via the Student Housing Gateway when the process opens.
Receiving a Housing Offer as Space Becomes Available: As spaces become available, students are offered housing via their Towson University email address with instructions on how to complete the housing offer process.
