NatureRx
Studies show that spending time in nature, or even in front of windows facing natural
settings, helps people experience lower levels of stress and anxiety. Nature Rx, a
collaboration between the ATOD Prevention Center and Outdoor Adventure, helps all
members of the TU community connect with nature. We help build these connections through
programs such as regular mindfulness walks through the Glen Arboretum, and hosting
nature-based retreats for individuals who want a more immersive experience. Please
stay tuned for our Fall 2024 schedule and follow us on social media to stay up to
date on everything we have planned for the semester.
