Now that you have your acceptance letter, are you deciding whether Towson University and the Honors College are the place for you?
See for yourself. Plan a campus visit to the Honors College or follow us on our social media accounts to see what the Honors College is all about.
As you know from your acceptance letter, accepting admission to the Honors College is automatic when you commit to Towson University.
Here are some important steps to take as a part of accepting admission.
Return your Towson University Enrollment Contract. By submitting the Towson University Enrollment Contract, you are also confirming your enrollment in the Honors College. Consult University Admissions' resource page to find out about deadlines for admitted freshmen and admitted transfer students.
Housing request forms are due to the Department of Housing and Residence Life by their posted deadline (usually on or around May 15).
Incoming Honors first-year students who plan to live on campus must submit all their housing deposit and forms by the posted deadline and meet all other housing and residence life expectations. Living in Douglass House is mandatory. Students required to live in athletic team residences and commuter students are exempted from this requirement.

If a first-year student, submit your Academic Interest Form.
Be certain to select Yes on the question “Have you been admitted to the Honors College at TU?” This will ensure that the Office of Academic Advising, Retention, and Completion places you in at least one required Honors Foundation course for the fall semester.
