Kaitlin Bowman
Kaitlin serves as senior director and is responsible for research and strategy to support leadership development for individuals and organizations.
Kaitlin was with Junior Achievement for over 15 years and served in many roles. Her most recent role was vice president for strategic partnerships at Junior Achievement of Central Maryland. In that role, she was responsible for building strategic relationships among major corporations in Central Maryland. She also manage the organization's funding efforts to fuel strategic growth, including the generation of more than $2 million in support from corporate, foundation, and individual donors. In addition, Kaitlin created several signature mission-based programs fostering leadership and strategic partnerships between youth, the private and public sector, as well as the community at large.
Kaitlin is a proud Towson University alum. She holds a B.A. in services to children and youth and is a graduate of the TU Professional Leadership Program for Women.
