Biography
Dr. Liao is currently an Assistant Professor with the Department of Computer and Information
Sciences, Towson University. He received the Ph.D. degree in Computer Engineering
from Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland, OH, in Aug. 2018, the M.S. degree
in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Mississippi State University, Mississippi
State, MS, in Dec. 2015, and the B.S. degree in Information Engineering, Xi’an, China,
in Jun. 2012, respectively. His research interests include big data analytics, cybersecurity, and networking in cyber physical systems and IoT.
